Federal Criminal District Court Search
Charges leveled against an individual in a federal court can include (but are not limited to):
- Security and Exchange Commission crimes
- Mail fraud
- Drug trafficking
- Bank robbery
- Transportation of illegal aliens
- Kidnapping
- Tax Evasion
Although federal criminal records typically file by name only, we will attempt to utilize three identifiers (name, social security number and date of birth) as part of our best practices methodology to ensure accuracy.
If additional identifiers become available during a Federal Criminal Court Search, our researchers will pass the information along to the client.
We must stress that federal criminal records are limited to the 94 federal judicial districts and do not function as an all-encompassing national search. As previously stated, they will not return felony or misdemeanor criminal records at the county or state level because charges are issued by the federal court.

Even the largest firms benefit from peer-level contacts who know the “how, what, when and why” of background screening.
