Proper review of an individual’s driving record is essential if the position requires operating a company or private vehicle as part of their essential job duties such as a delivery driver, courier or outside sales.

- The applicant’s name as shown on the drivers license
- Date of birth
- Drivers license number
- State of issue
- License class held by applicant
- Current license status
- Any infractions or convictions
- Whether or not the applicant has been in any accidents (depending on the state)
