Background Screening Products

Many of our clients utilize this report which displays active and extraditable warrants listed with the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) to bolster a County Criminal search.

As with other reports, we do require applicants to provide the following minimum identifiers:

• Name
• Date of birth
• Social Security Number

The search is derived from information from the NCIC and may return:

• Possible warrant issued
• Name and contact information of the issuing Police Department

While this is the only legally allowable information returned to us, it does allow the opportunity to follow up with the issuing agency to obtain facts regarding any existing warrants your applicant may have.

Many of the law enforcement agencies we have contacted have been extremely cooperative and will provide detailed information concerning the reason for the warrant and whether or not it is still active.

Please note, some Police Departments will not issue information over the phone or simply not speak to third parties on the matter for privacy and security purposes. If this is the case, Backgrounds Online will timely notify the client of the situation as well as provide all information obtained up to that point.
