What Backgrounds Online Is Doing
We’re working hard to complete background checks quickly so our clients get the information they need to make informed decisions. We are:
- Partnering with independent researchers who go directly to courthouses to request records.
- Accessing databases that provide accurate, reliable statewide information.
- Keeping up with ongoing delays so we can inform you if an order will take longer than usual.
- Cooperating with the Professional Background Screening Association and other organizations to remediate these situations.
- Asking clients to submit orders as early as possible.
